User’s Obligations

  1. It is part of the Terms and Conditions for using LifeBank - and to which the user agrees - that the user will take all reasonable steps to:

    1. safeguard LifeBank from theft or access to it, whether on a computer/laptop, or on a USB, and not provide any relevant password or email address in order to provide access to LifeBank by any unauthorised third party;

    2. ensure, where necessary, that any documents stored on LifeBank - such as Wills, Powers of Attorney or documents of a legal nature are valid and as required to comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where the user lives.

    2. The user further agrees to hold LifeBank harmless and without any liability in the event of unlawful access being gained to LifeBank or the loss of the USB howsoever arising.
